Grandfather Clocks

Acquiring their name from Henry Clay Work’s 1876 song, ‘Grandfather’s Clock’, the soothing rhythm and warm gong of grandfather clocks is a sound well known by many.

Their core design is made up of a weight-driven pendulum, encased in a freestanding wooden body. These clocks range between 1.8 to 2.4 metres in height and come in a range of styles, although the classical architectural look is most prominent.

Timecentre holds a stunning collection of these gentle giants, ready to bring comfort to their next home.
